• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Store and display your gallery content to authorized viewers

3. Data Storage & Security

Your content is stored using secure cloud storage services. Users may choose to make galleries private, in which case all content is end-to-end encrypted and accessible only with a password. Public galleries are securely stored but accessible to anyone with the link. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal content with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests
• With service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users

5. Data Retention

We retain your User Content for as long as the Service is operational and your gallery remains active. If the Service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users and provide an opportunity to download content before deletion. We recommend maintaining personal backups of all uploaded content.

6. No Account Required

Memory Gallery does not require you to create an account. Gallery access is controlled via passwords set during card setup. Because no accounts are created, we do not collect or store email addresses, names, or other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily include it in your gallery content.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to collect anonymous usage data. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

8. Your Rights

As the creator of a gallery, you can modify or delete your content at any time through the gallery management interface. If you need assistance with data deletion or have concerns about your data, please contact us.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with content, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
